A hand held, silver mirror that was passed down through family. Looking for a time period that belongs to J&RG that also includes a Lion, a Shield, and what I believe to be a cursive "H". Very intricate with flowery design front and back.
each piece has hand painted roses on them. no 2 are alike (the roses are different on each piece). the saucers are a little over 5" across, cups are a little over 2" high & they all have gold trim on them.
french cabinet brought to the us from france by the roosevelts on the sacred cow (the 1st airforce one) as a gift to tifton myers the firest presidential pilot. dark wood with hand painted details, gold inlay and metal detail on the 3 facing sides. front door opens to show 3 shelves with a red velvet material lining marble top with a french stamp on the bottom
