These items have been in my immediate family since the 1950s, but were previously owned by my great grand mother. I would estimate the age to be around 1940. The bowl is a burnt orange colour inside with a goldish vein running through it. It is dark green on the outside with the same vein running through it. The only pottery mark is

It's a clear pepsi-cola bottle. It's 16 fl. oz. and it has a swirl design. You can fit a beer bottle cap on the top of it. It says No refill and Dispose of property towards the bottom of the glass. On the very bottom, it has the numbers 40 and 9. I have no idea what year it was made, or how much it's worth. Help?
