I have been looking for silver for my father-in-law and came across this fork and spoon at a flea market. I tested them with a magnet and rubbed them with a piece of white cloth ( the cloth started turning black) so i assumed they were real silver. I know that the Rogers silver ware was made by not only him, but many other companies as well and i'm not sure what time period they are.
Right eye optic does have a slight dent on the outer edge . It does not affect viewing. The fly wheel works smoothly and focuses well, and they display beautifully and function properly.
I dont know what this item is. It was given to me. It has a glass case and says Western Electric. It has a small motor and 5 screw things labeled L1 on the far left and L2 on the right.
