Have 5 plates, 7 small plates, 4 bowls, 4 dessert plates, 3 dessert bowls, 5 tea plates, 5 tea cups, 1 creamer, 1 sugar, 1 serving plate. A couple of chips here and there, all in fair to good condition. Curious about appraisal.

Not sure of worth, if any. Only know that it was bought at the Montreal Expo in 1969 and we've had it ever since.

Im looking to find out more about this tea set and to see if it may be worth anything, ive written all the info i have on the set, hopefully this is enough.

The pattern birds, plants, japanese house, and a bridge, blue in colour

With a gold rim

On the bottom of the items it says "double pheonix NKT ironstone Japan"

Pattern number H273 and its made of china 

Made of oak, joined without glue, nails or screws.  Refinished about 14 years ago.  Original hardware which is brass.  Large drawer under cabinet.  Cabinet has two shelves.  Top sets over the top of the cabinet.  Purchased in the mid 1940's in Mount Airy, North Carolina by my husbands parents.
