A tall mid 1800s Tiffany and Company possible Sterling goblet

I cannot make out the signature on the back. I have Google lens to the shit out of it and came up with nothing. I don't know if it's African, native American, or something else. It feels ceramic. And the earring attached to the ear looks to be bone or shell or teeth I don't know!

In excellent condition.  Seen alongside a dollar bill for dimensions,  copper plate antique photoin frame.

Can't find any information on my figurine, would like to know its rarity.
