I have inherited a steamer wardrobe trunk and am trying to find more information about it. I called an antique store and they suggested I do my own research on it. I scoured the internet all day and the biggest discovery I had is that it has a hole mount lock from Atkinson & Long. I know this puts it circa 1850-1920 but I still don't have a manufacturer or what it may be worth. Any help finding more clues or an actual appraisal is most appreciated.
