I'm looking for information as to the value of this peice of artwork by William Henry Chandler. It was done in the late 1800's or early 1900's.

My grandmother, German immigrant, worked as a governess for a wealty German family in NYC.  This bronze bust of Wagner was a gift to her from her employer.

I reall dont know much about this item, the top is a glass serving tray with a very ornate shape to it. Im not sure of the wood either, I think its a tea table, could you please help me out ??? I am willing to sell if it is worthwhile ???
