This a cedar chest with a round logo with a lane of trees that lead back to a plantation house burned into the wooden lid and below the image is says capital letters, "LANE" and below that it says, "Altavista, Va" below that is say, "reg US patent" there are multiple patent numbers located in the upper left hand corner of the lid. On the bottom of the chest, there is a style number 3133 and it also has the number 55611, which I'm thinking is the catalog number.
