Vintage Free-Westinghouse buttonholer, in original box with small manila envelope containing parts: one screw, a thin, 2" long rod, and another fitting that screws onto something with holes for the rod. 4 buttonholer dies are included in the box, fitted into a cardboard holder. (There is also an addition original-in-box set of 4 buttonholer dies. This box is navy blue outside, teal interior.) The box itself is a felted material (faded to a pine-green color) with 'Free-Westinghouse Buttonholer' printed in silver. There is also a small circle shaped logo with the Statue of Liberty surrounded by the words, "Free Sewing Machine Co. Rockford, Ill USA". I also own the Free-Westinghouse electric rotary sewing machine installed in the wooden table, with original instruction booklet. I am assuming this buttonholer was for this specific sewing machine.

I don't know a lot about this piece of metal. It has been in my husband's family for a very long time and I am unaware of the history of the piece. It is made very well and it still in excellent condition.

my husband received all 8 North American owl plates from an estate sale. They are all in their original boxes with each having there own paper of description. The downloaded pictures were only able to put 4 of the plates, but there are 8 plates in the collection. Every plate has it own box and all 8 are in excellent condition.

Looks like wood walls behind some kids,brick or stone walls behind the priest and a brownish background behind 2 other children. The top also has some kind of shingles all around the top of the piece. Also,there is a tree/bush in a barrel in between some of the children.

This teapot was purchesed while on holiday ih Hong Kong. We have seen this teapot in an old Carters Book some 12 years ago, it was quite valuable. It would be great to learn of its history and markings, and if it is the real thing so to say, perhaps consider getting it carbon dated. One of course takes risks when purchasing items overseas, and we know there are a lot of fakes out there. But who knows it may be valuable to a collector. Please respond, many regards Chrisco.
