It's a punch ladle. It's undecorated and very simple.
The marks on the back, from the bowl of the ladle to the top of the handle (From left to right) are:
1) A bust of someone's head. It's facing right. It appears to be in an oval.
2) An uppercase K in a square with rounded off corners. The K has "feet" i.e. serif (like times new roman)
3) This one is the one that keeps throwing me off. It appears to be a large star with 3 smaller stars below it. It could be an eagle or a phoenix with 3 stars or something below it. It's in an oval that gets smaller at the bottom (larger with the large star/bird, smaller with the 3 somethings)
4) A lion in an oval
5) An uppercase TH in an oval. Again, the TH has "Feet" i.e. serif (like times new roman).
One album says King Records-made in occupied Japan. Most writing in Japanese. Names of the songs on albums are: The Song of Arirang, Tonko Bush,My Dear Little Box, Buttons and Bows, My Sentimemtal Journey, Omaide Byakuran, Yeh Lai Hsiang, Tennesee Walz, Come on a my House, Too Young, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, Waga Yuma Waha Yuta, and Ginza Kankan Musome. All the albums are very thick vinyl and heavy. They are in individual paper slips. Never played I would guess.
This appears to be a tea set. It is porcelain by R. Capodimonte. The serving plate holds the teapot and four serving saucers and teacups. It is very ornate with gold lacing on the teapot. The cups are gold plated inside. The handles appear to be some sort of mystical swan or dragon. The painted figures on the set are cherubs.
