it is a large 24x46 framed canvas oil painting of an angel playing a harp with the name sims 96 on the bottom left corner of the fron of the painting and the frame is made from ceader creek. i would like to get an appraisal on this painting before i deside if i am going to sell it or not.

I have been trying to get any information I can on this picture. It has been in my family for over 80 years.
