My son came home with this picture he had bought at a yard sale. the make is marked by the framer as Road with Poplars by VanGogh.

It is in very good condition, no chips, cracks, or damage.I have included two pics, the vase and the markings on the bottom. I tried looking up the markings but I am unable to figure out what they mean. I would like to know what they mean and the approx. value of the vase.
