It is part of a set that includes a teapot and cutlery. Its been in the garage for years and is dirty and needs cleaning. It has a lot of dtail on the border and handles as well as the tray its self. flower and 4 vases of flowers in the center.
Two lead crystal Candle Holders on one side and if you turn it upside down then it can be used as a fruit dish, shrimp bowl, or candy dish. These were given to me by my great grandmother so they are atleast 40 years old.

Crown est 1801 with crest Staffordshire Made in England. Writing in red looks like an F turned the other way with numbers 1567 4 with a tick above it. The Plate has a Floral pattern like a vine with autumn leaves in green yellow & light brown, with pink & blue flowers and other little buds & leaves with a gold trim around the outside
This carriage has some very ornate carvings in the pewter. There is a squirrel perched on the front/top of the carriage. It is beautiful. I know nothing more about it.
Painting appears to be an early Laura Coombes painting. It is done is what appears to be a thinly applied oil. The frame, which appears to be the original frame, is covered with a curved glass. On the back of the frame is an authentication stamp, which reads "Quality and workmanship guaranteed,
