In a frame with a Brass Plate

I inherited this piece of furniture from my grandmother. I would like to know the value of it. Thanks

This is a statue(?) of Cey of the Dodgers Team of LA. It is a bit beat up.

It is a round plate still in the box with all the authentication papers and the box it came in still in mint condition.

Tall, single bud vase made by Lenox. Original packaging, creamy ivory color. NEW.

One red globe lantern, "E" in diamond border on top of lantern. E.R.R. etched on red globe on side. One clear globe lantern, AT&SF (Atchinson Topeka & Santa Fe RR) inprinted on clear globe on side. The Erie lantern is circa. 1895 to unknown. The AT&SF lantern is circa. 1868 to approx. 1911. Other than a little rust, the lamps are in good shape and still operable. Kerosene fuel source.
