I bought this pre-1940 silver-colored Waltham wristwatch on eBay. It works intermittently but I intend to have it professionally serviced. The distinctive feature is that the face is rotated clockwise approximately one and a half hours, i.e., the dial is offset (tilted/slanted/skewed) to the lugs so that the 12 and 6 marks are just past where the 1 and 7 normally appear.
It is a brownish colored oil painting with alot of vibrant colored flowers in a vase with 3 slices of watermelon on the table that the vase is sitting on along with a knife with a black handle. has a gold and black frame around the painting. In very excellent condition and unknown of the age
After only a little research I matched partial markings and basic style to Okumura Masanobu, born in the 1700's he was an artist, printer and publisher. He was also innovative in his use of multiple colors on prints in his later years but this is very uneducated assumption.
