Three ft. long incised, wear near the bottom indicates it might have been carried upright. The area below the carving which is about 60% of the three length is approx. one inch in dia and end is a tapered rounded point. Intricate incised design carvings and one 2x2 inch square medallion with a carving of a man on horseback standing on a serpent or dragon, (see pic). There are words incised on the obverse, but are not easily read, but is is not English language. There is a five inch protrusion on the back which acts (I think) as a hanger for something, (see pic). There is minor damage and an early repair.
