I am trying to identify a Reuge Ste. Croix Music Box with a shadow box lid containing dried seeds and grains. It is wood with dove-tail corners (5.5 x 5.5 x 2.5") in very good to excellent condition. It plays "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing" after cleaning and using WD40. There is no other number on the box, however the number on the barrel of the mechanism appears to be 5533. I would like to know about what year this was made and the estimated market value.
Pair of silver stamped candlestick holders. Detailed flower, leaf and vine theme. Stamp on both stems ZM800. Stamped letters and numbers indicate that this item is of age. Possibly Art Nouveau?
Difficulty finding anything similar. Individual petals around top of all candle holders appears to be unique. Base of holders is also somewhat unique and hard to match online.
A half sovereign vesta case with hallmark (think its 1894 or 1897). Weighs 36.4 grams. Engraved first side "A SLIGHT RECOGNITION FROM MR & MRS R LONG OF A KINDLY ACT" and on the other side "W TAVERNER M.R.C.V.S NEWTON ABBOT"
