I have a set of dishes made by Edwin M. Knowles China Co. On the bottom of the dishes it says Semi Vitreous and then the name of the manufacturer and Made in USA. They all say 41 and then a dash and then some say 1 or 2 or 3. I have the full set except for 1 missing cup. They all have the same flower pattern which has very bold colors.

MINIATURE ANVIL PAPERWEIGHT? WITH CONSTRUCTION WORKER SITTING ON TOP..PICKED THIS UP AT AN ESTATE SALE AND DO BELIEVE IT TO BE VERY OLD. HAVE RESEARCHED AND RESEARCHED AND CANT SEEM TO FIND ANYTHING SIMILAR OTHER THAN NORMAL MINIATURE ANVILS THAT WERE SALESMANS SAMPLES, YET NOTHING LIKE THIS LITTLE GUY,,GUESSING MAYBE A PROMOTIONAL ITEM?? MEASURES APPROX 4"W X 3"H AND WEIGHS APPROX 6 OZ..IS REALLY NEAT LITTLE SMALL/COLLECTABLE..IF YOU VIEW THIS AND KNOW MORE INFO PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Statue was found 10 years ago near river after flood. Seems it's made out of ivory, I'm not sure so i would like if you could tell me something more about.

I found a stone carving of an elephant with what appears to be a monkey holding a palm branch in one hand and a basket in the other. There is a bird with a long beek standing next to the elephant. At first i thought it was Four brothers, but there is no hare. The stone is marble like with 85% being a redish color with black viens.

I know very little about this cameo.  I've had it for years and shown it to a handful of people.  I have been told that the bezel is gold and the pin is brass.  Some say it's from the Eduardian period, others say it's Victorian.  There are no cracks or chips.  I apologize for the lack of information- hopefully this helps!

I have this painting and I cannot read the signature...if anyone has any information?????
