"smoker's cabinet

Category
American Furniture
Condition
Fair
Description

I was told this was a smokers cabinet for maybe the 1800's, it has a veneer top with a lock I can not identify the lock, the lock has a trademark "paris"  with an h d in an anchor. It stands about 4 feet high, the locking cabinet is about three feet high with a small draw and a small open space at the bottom with scroll legs. The door is carved with some flower and such.
