The plate has Ford circa 1896. It appears to have 22 K gold on it too, although it doesn't specify so. It has a quality control sticker on the back of the frame that says "Bard's" of Medelein, Il. I'm guessing that is where it was distributed from.

title is Let me call you sweetheart with Whitson-Friedman listed under the title. Numbers on the left of the record are B-254-7 and numbers on the right of the record are 4-39353 The paper sleeve for the record has Columbia across the top. 45 r.p.m underneath that and at the bottom it says
Microgroove and Nonbreakable. It also has a carboard insert in the sleeve
It is a heavy bronze toy with Persian characteristics. I purchased it at a bazaar in Kabul and was wondering if you could help me date it and possibly appraise it?
