The piece is very heavy and looks be made of Walnut (I was told it was Black Walnut) It has 3 drawers, two smaller ones on each side and a large drawer in the middle, it has metal drawer pulls.  The two decorative legs seem to be hand carved as there is slight differences in the designs.  It has been stored for years and needs a good cleaning and polishing. 

I wish to query the origin and or value of a duck figuring that I have in my possession.Given to me by my father who died aged 77 in 2002, this was gift to him as a child. He once told me this was an original Disney or pre Disney Duck but It has no markings on it whatsoever.I have attached some photographs. I have no idea who would give me an honest or knowledgable appraisal here in Australia RS was my best bet as I've watched it for some years.He appears to be made of copper and brass and had an awful lot of tarnish that I scrubbed off him...still no stamp, or imprint.This duck I forgot to mention came from Germany where my father was boirn. I believe this was bought in Berlin.

Embroidered miniature picture depicting the death of Horatio Nelson at Trafalgar. Very fine thread, vivid colours, framed. Found in old farmhouse in Ontario Canada that was once owned by a Victorian era retired British Navy Captain. 

Bronze/copper color table lamp.  May have had a panel between figure and lamp (see side photo).  Has original wireing with plug end removed.  I wish I knew more about it.

Brass vase. Designs all around the top, middle and bottom of engraved flowers and stems. Imprinted on the bottom is the word India and the year looks like 4 88 or 86. Was found in basement with 3 others of different sizes. Owned by my stepmother who passed away 6 years ago.

Bronze Lady with Ivory Face Holding a Mandoline,mounted on Marble, 8 inches tall by 8 inches wide at base. Looks like a Ferdinand Preiss piece.
