Two, carved oriental boxes. They are almost identical, with minute differences, e.g. the fence pattern on one is slightly different. The lids have some weight to them which makes me think they may be some type of stone, but I'm not sure. The design is two oriental people in front of a fortress-looking enclosure with tall structures that look like lookout towers. There is a tree on the left and a waterfall look on the right. The top of box has a greek style pattern, and the sides are almost a checkerboard pattern, but with lines in the squares.
