These small tables were found in an elderly womans basement buried under 40 years worth of stuff. We are hoping to find out what period they are from and their worth. The owner would like to sell them.

Beautiful 3 footed cup and saucer set. Dark cobalt blue with gold trim. Inside of cup is totally gold,. Outside has band of gold with handpainted round pics. Bottom has gold crown with backwards N and the number 2307
This set was purchased in the early 40's from Sears. From what I've seen, it appears to be in pretty good shape. It has been offered to me and I would like to know approximately what it is worth so that I can make an educated offer for the set. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
The bottle has a triangular label that says "Ganna Walska paris" and a rectangular label at the base that says "gardenia". The stopper is a glass rectangle. The box is olive green and black with Deco "W" all over. The lid of the bos is missing. I'd love to know anything about this bottle. Thanks
