I have a few different items which I am trying to find the value of. If anybody could pelase help me it would be greatly appreciated. These items belong to my grandmother and she has been asking for my help in finding the value. You can view the items we have via this link:
Appears to be a hammered piece that was folded at the ends. Teeth are wire. Flower design is etched/embossed on both sides but is not identical. It looks quite old. I'm more interested in knowing age and cultural value than what it is worth.
Light Oak mantel clock with three winders to spring-driven mechanism with short pendulum. Marked Gustav Becker Freiburg on one stamp and Medalle D'Or on second stamp. Stamped with "P18" between the two circular stamps. Serial number 2230725. Chimes each quarter (and half hour) and strikes the hour on 5-bar chime. Approx 8-day spring driven.
This is a hand crafted piece of artware from Red Wing (Red Wing pottery in MN). It is about 12"x 7" x 4" high. It is glazed with a salmon color with grey speckels. The bottom is stamped with " RED WING USA M-1463". The edged are uneven and curled in and on outword curl. The former owner was in her 90's when she died, it was on a shelf in the basement. There are no defects that I can find.
I bought this at an estate sale a while back, and am just curious to know more about it. I was told it's made out of black jade. It does change color in the light if viewed at a certain angle; changes to almost a golden color. It's very cool!
