About 13 Years ago this lamp was purchased at an auction for 5000. It was hanging in a bar and restaraunt until the company changed hands and auctioned a lot of things from the restaraunt. At the auction there was a rumor that it had originally hung in the Loews Poli Theater in Hartford CT from the 1920's to 1960's. We are not sure what this chandelier is made out of because it is still hanging 3 stories in the air and want to be sure its worth the effort of taking it down. We have a bunch of photos and we hope someone might know what company made this, how old it is and how much it may be worth. Thank You

Big Note to everyone, I don't know about anyone else, but I "Lovejoy" will not provide any information for items without an image. A description, however detailed is not enough, it is like the old saying " A picture is worth a thousand words" . If you can't upload an image here, use one of the many free online photo albums and provide a link so I can have a look at what you have. Thanks in advance.
I know nothing about this item exept that it is constructed of oak and on the back it says "Standard Furniture Mfg Co, Pittsburg PA." The Date above is a guess, I'm not even sure if this qualifies as arts and crafts. The only reference I can find to this company is a 1929 map of Pittsburgh I found on the university of pittsburgh website.
