Cedar chest was made in Alta Vista, Virginia in the early 1940s. Manufacturers is Lane It has a multi-hardwood parkay exterior and cedar interior. the cedar scent is as storng as the day it was pruchaed. the Style Number is 2043 and the Serial number is 441090. the top is a litlte dull from having blankets laid on it but the sides and the interior are mint.
Hand painted Small Tray. Signed by artist G. B. Sheetz. There is a stamp on the back but I can't read it all. (T & V Mcil) Dated on the back 1915. I got it form a friends mother after she pasted away. Its a cream color with light yellow detail and pink flowers on green vines and leeves. Gold detailed lines on top and bottom with turquoise dots. Some of the dots are missing.
AKA Dresden Triptych and/or The Virgin and Child Enthroned. A medic print of the Altar piece which Emperor Charles V carried with him on all of his journeys. It was painted by Jan Van Eyck. St. Michael and the Donor are on the left panel. St. Agnes on the right panel. On the outside of the foling panels there is an advent creation scene. Looks as if the frames is dk cherry or mahogany wood. Glass is intact.
This is "The Washington Family". I think it's watercolor, but I'm not sure. It is on board. The size is approximate as I have it boxed up and in storage.
I need help in identifying a piece of silver, very unusual and just magnificient, purchased on ebay recently and just love this item.

Very unusual and interesting item, I would love to know more about it, I myself think this is a rare item, I have no clue but I hope there is an individual out there that can help me.
