This chair was given to me by my parents, they aquired it from my mothers great grandfather. Her grandparents were originally from ireland.  Their is also a matching rocking chair in GOOD condition and a couch that went with it so I am told my mothers uncle threw it away but cut off the faces first.  We have 2 carved faces hanging on our wall that match the chairs.

"Alamo" manufactured by Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co. label on back.  Inside label reads K.F. Richt, Kendallville, Ind. seller of watches, clocks, jewelry, etc.

Key winds two areas on face of clock.  Pendulum freely swings.  Chimes regularly.

Door appears to be painted white design but it could be etched.  Works.
