The punch bowl set was purchased by my aunt about 1960 at B. Altman's department store, I think in New York City. It has 11 cups left, I assume it must have originally had 12. It is Waterford Crystal.
I have an unusual unidentified item purchased at a car boot sale. It appears to have some arabic engraved into it with a stunning pattern. This item is of solid brass with steel/iron pin to allow opening and closing. It has a blade on one side and a flat section with groove and grip for blade to rest in on the other side. I have no idea what it is or what is was used for but would greatly appreciate anything at all info wise.
