I have an old high chair that was given to me by a family friend. It looks antique, has a broken leather strap that prevents a child from falling out. I have no other information about this piece, please see the photos.
i have a queen anne table that seems to hold period. it has cabriole legs with paw feet . seems to be hand saw. possibly hand made screws and brass rivets. made of solid oak even the secondary. has chisel marks and wood is uneven in width [slightly]. has wooden dowel and mortise tennon joints on drawer. hardware also looks period
I have a 53 piece set of State House "Stately" Silver Flatware. Knives, forks, soup spoons, etc. Also have 9 tea spoons, same Maker, pattern. All branded State House on the back, with house logo and Sterling printed. All in a box with lining marked State House Silver. Was wondering the approximate value of this set today? All the silver is untarnished, and unworn
I bought a Murphy Rocking Chair number 545 that was in need of repair. All the joints were loose and three corner blocks to fasten the seat down were missing. I've replaced the missing corner blocks and re-glued the chair. Now I want to put a fair price on the rocking chair.
