Picture of my stepdad in his military academy uniform 1923 to 1926. He was a student at a miliary academy in Chicago during the 1920s. I can't tell if it is a painting or a photo afixed to the milkglass piece. As I took it apart some of the paint or ink flaked off on the bottom right. It is framed in a gold colr frame which is marked 926 on the loop. Thank you.
This figurine is a ballerina on one point and arms spread in arabesque - it has the wallendorf mark as well as and imprinted 1683/03 as well as a gold #7 painted on the bottom. I have pics they will not load. Any help with value and dating would be appreciated.
The piece is in pretty good condition, except the top has a backing that has broken off, but I still have the piece. The finish is in good condition, except the top has had damage of some sort. The number on the back of the piece is 1150, although there is no date.
