Coal Purdonium

Category
General Antiques and Collectibles
Condition
Good
Description

I have been searching on line for this particular piece, but only find similiar ones.  I can tell (or I think anyway) that it is French.  It is missing the castors on the bottom for some reason.  It has been at my mother in Law's house as long as I can remember, but I knwo nothing about it.
