I have two antique dinner plates that I have not much information about, other than they belonged to my Great Great-Grandparents, and were given to me by my father. My Great Great Grandfather was a Scottish Farmer who bought land and settled here in Canada, and married locally to the area. I cannot find any marking, or a stamp of any sort on the underside of the plates.
Anitique Mahogany Wardrobe Armoire. Approximate measurements are 7'6" x 4'9" x 2'. There are 2 drawers inside and wooden fixtures for holding a clothes pole. It has beautiful claw feet and waffle and flower carvings. It has an inside metal latch that is stamped "Madico" and a skeleton key lock. All of the screws are flatheads. This armoire is solid, very big and very heavy. It seems to have the original finish which is beautiful and without scratches.
