I have a Duncan Phyfe dining room table without the chairs. The table has a place for a leaf, but I have never had the leaf. The table has rounded edges the entire perimeter of the table is banded in a lighter wood. It is in good condition.
Mario Larrinaga was the owner/ founder of famous "Gallery A" which, until recently, was open for business and featured many New Mexico and southwest artists.
A set of 2, 3, 5-spouted oil lamp possilbly bronze. A cat-like head where the oil is poured & a bird purched on the handle with a round base for the 2 & 3 Spouted Lamps.
The 5-spouted lamp is different not a cat like head where the oil is poured & not a bird purched on the handle rather it has two handles on top resembling some animal (cant guess what) the base is octagon. and the lid is pointed dome where the ol is poured.
The writing on them Seems old Arabic and the bases are fine designing.
i am selling everything to move to another state and have this piece of furniture which I will also be selling but as its quite old, I don't know what it is worth. It is in perfect condition, no scratches or marks.
Any idea on what wood it may be? What time period is this from?
How much would you sell this for if you were the seller? Any other insights would be very much appreciated, thanks everyone!
