E.G. Webster and Son Silver sugar and cream

Category
Silver and Silver Overlay
Condition
Excellent
Description

E. G. Webster and Son Silver sugar and cream set.  #0654.  3 pieces.  Has a spider web with a star in the middle and a W in the middle of the star.  Wondering what the pattern is called and what each piece is used for.  Each piece is about 4.5" High.  One piece (creamer?) has a lid.  The other two pieces do not have lids.  I will sell them, however, I am curious what they are and if pieces are missing from the set. Also, should you polish prior to selling?  I was told polishing will decrease the value?  Thanks for your help
