I can't make out the marking and it does not resemble any I have on file. Cut glass goes through periods of popularity, its first during the late 19th Century the last one was in the 1980's. Since then values have been in decline even for pieces by well known makers., I see comparable vases sell for under $50.00 on a regular basis.
