Looking for information, including value, for an antique map by Willem Bleau.
It is described as a Americae nova Tabula Map of the United states and shows California
detached. It is unusal from all the other similar maps on the internet as it has a date in the
bottom left emblem of ( A 1622) and the other maps do not. Is it more rare and unique?
It is in color and looks to be original.
A 1622
The paper does have an aged color. The map seems to be hand painted (color applied)
It does not have any folds but there are some water stains at bottom leading to the edge of the color map border.

I have this same map. Did you find any information?
I can't find any others with 1662 either.

Superking is right, maps really need to be physically examined, early maps have been reproduced for years now. There is no way to tell from images like this what you have.
