Description wood casing with crank and mechanical pieces all steel, u turn the crank and the shaft goes up, and has teeth like sprocket around the crank to lock it from comming down, has 2 prongs on the bottom, so thinking it might have to be related to the railroad industry. but cant find any info on what it actually is and if its worth anything at all
