I do not have many options in my area for book appraisals, and have had quite a time trying to find anything on it.
I did find (thanks to google) that it is a prayer book from 1879. The only numbers I can find are: Nr. 1390.
The outside of the book is bound in black leather and has a gold clasp. There is a cross on the front cover, on the spine are the words: Mazas Altorelis.
All pages seem to be in mint condition other than typical yellowing from aging. Binding of the spine appears to be original. Whole book is in Latin.

Re: 1879 latin prayer book in mint condition, Leather binding,
Thats definitly not latin, according to google its lithuanian written in latin letters, as opposed to cyrilic letters. See for example here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithuanian_press_ban
here is a similar book on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lithuanian-1878-Leather-PRAYER-BOOK-DEVOTION-Mazas-Naujas-Auksa-Altorius-MINT-/291072344657
