This box is actually from the late 40's. I own this same box but in 970 silver and it weighs 46 ounces plus I have the original key. The key is a little bit smaller. Beautiful case! Good luck. P. s these cases are extremely rare and worth at least $3000 and up to $5000-$7000 in the right situation!
