1912 Landers Frary & Clark coffee pot

By ARIZONAWHEELER, 6 April, 2012
Description

Bought this from e-bay on a lark.  But I can't find anything like it searching the Internet.  Any help identifying this and maybe worth?

It is bronze in color, kind of heavy.  The top glass has a small crack.  I think the handles and the knob are not original as the screws do not look "vintage".  Not sure what the original handles and knob would look like.

I can make out on the bottom:  Patent 1912, Made by  Landers Frary & Clark, New Britain, Conn.  No. E8146.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
