By sunnysally, 12 January, 2012
Description

This set has been in my family ,even through world war 2, my family is Austrian. The original set had settings for 6, a few pieces have been broken, leaving the set of four complete with a few spare dishes, etc. The serving pieces are in mint condition and include a tureen, gravy boat/dish,large oval platter, large round platter, large round bowl,, creamer, sugar dish, coffee server and tea pot.The s&p pinch pot dish has a flea bite on the base. The set of four is in mint condition, includes plate,salad/desert plate, soup bowl,coffee/tea cups and saucers and the espresso cups/saucers. The hand-painted pattern has a few variations but matches as a set.Translucent when held to the light, very lovely. The items are all ribbed. The Soup Tureen is 12 1/2"x7",platter 5 1/2"x11 1/4",round 11 3/8'' and serving bowl 8 7/8". The edges are gold. The bottom mark has the Czech arm w/ a short sword being held and a variety of numbers in gold or red or br/red. The Rasper &Sohne appears to be the place where it was sold in Vienna with the address I,Graben15.
