I looked up the value of this cookie jar in a Antique cookie jar book several years ago.  I have one that my father obtained in the early 1940's.   I have never seen another one like it although I am always looking for one.   The value of this cookie jar was  about  $950.00 at that time.  I understand the current value is over $1000.
