The Illinois Moulding Company of Chicago was the brainchild of Hungarian immigrant Herman Molner. He founded the firm in 1896 and I believe the company changed owners about 1951. They sold mass produced artwork as well, a lot of their products were sold in department stores through the 1960's. Sadly no big value, comparables turn up in thrift stores and yard sales for under $100.00.
