2 Renaissance Revival dining/parlor chairs

Description These 2 chairs are made of walnut or possibly mahogany with applied and incised carvings, inlaid burl panels, and carved turned legs with the original casters.  They may have bee reupholstered in the past, but if so, it was done quite well, as to not be detracting or noticable.  Any information would be helpful.
