Description

I apologize but I know nothing about this item other than it has a small oblong sticker the says "Made in Italy". I is one of many item passed down to me from my grandparents. I have no idea how old it is other than I was born in 1956 and it has been around as long as I can remember.

Any information about its history or value would be greatly appreciated.

This lamp is in the "Capodimonte style" similar lamps are still in production, so values tend to be modest for all but the best of them. Most like yours date after World War Two ( 1945) through the early 1960's when lamps of this style were popular. Values vary considerably, so I've provided a link for you to give you an idea:
