The candle Holders appear as they need re-plating but I really do not know.

Size and dimensions of this item
Each candle Holder measures 11 inches tall, Diameter of base is 5 inches, removable cups are 2 1/2 inch Diameter x 1 and 1/2 inch tall
Date Period
late 1800s to early 1900s
Weight
One weighs 1lb 9oz, the other weighs 1lb 2.7 oz. The lighter one rattlles when shaken and a white powder seems to come from the bottom.

If they haven't been

If they haven't been scrubbed to death, often times the finish isn't worn off and they can be repolished.  Antiquers also like a less-than-shiny finish so most of us don't polish to too high a sheen anyhow.
