African harpoon / arrow

i have a what i believe is an African fishing harpoon/ arrow, I've done some research, and it might be from Tchad, i have pictures to go along, i've asked Museum's, Universities and antique dealers and nobody can give me any information other than its the real deal, lol, i hope you fellas can help me out,  if there's any question, don't hesitate to ask
