My grandfather took this photo in Oakland, California after the Hawaii to California (trans-Pacific) flight. He was a photographer for a local newspaper and this was taken with his personal camera so the negative did not need to be turned in to the newspaper. It is unpublished with only 1 print made (which I also have).
