Description

My father purchased these matching pieces many years ago from an antique store in Northern California.  They all have the same keyhole-type carving on the posts, and are all made of oak (looks to be mostly quarter sawn oak with some panels of a birds eye type wood).  The set consists of a bed, 2 nightstands with marble tops, a dresser and mirror (with marble top), and an armoire.  The pictures make the wood look orange, but it's actually a nice, aged brown oak.  I'm hoping that someone can tell me more about it, and perhaps give me an estimate for its value.  Thank you
