Found these spoons going through some boxes, I cannot find the exact pattern on the bowl or the handle but each spoon has what i've learned online are hallmarks and initials of the maker but the hallmarks are pictures and thats where I get confused, according to what i've read online, the hallmarks, ( pictures ) are what identify the purity of the silver, the city, date it was made etc. The spoons are from 5 to 5 and a half inches long. The initials on the spoons are as follows:
1. JW - James Wintle, London 1845
2. TS - Thomas Sansom, Sheffield 1830
3. JH in script - Jonathon Hayne, London 1834
4. HL over HL - Henry John Lias & Henry John Lias, London 1866
5. GA into two conjoined circles, could be either George Aldwinckle OR Chawner & Co, George William Adams
6. Looks like a PI to me and could find nothing on it.
If anyone has any information on these spoons or might be able to estimate a value would be much appreciated. Thank You and Have A Great Day
